Annie’s Nannies, Inc. (ANI) provides coverage for the back-up Childcare needs of your employees. Back-up Childcare is the referral of a Childcare provider in your employee’s home. Back-up Childcare is used when regular childcare arrangements cannot cover the work time of your employee. This includes, but is not limited to, mildly ill children, absent nannies, closed day care center, school staff days and vacation periods.

Back-up Childcare with ANI is completely customized to your company. Your company can choose how many days to offer employees, and how much of the cost to cover. We will offer each employee a discounted membership as a participant of the back-up care program.

How The Program Works:

• Each employee signs up with ANI’s temporary service directly and pays an annual membership fee. Our membership fee is $250; however we offer your employees a $50 company discount.
• Each time the employee requires back-up care; they will contact ANI and put in a care request.  Our daily placement fee is $20/day, plus an additional $15 emergency fee for same day or next day service. Nannies charge $15-$18/hr and work on a four hour minimum per day.
• The agency fees are paid directly via credit card and the providers are paid directly by cash or check. The family will receive an itemized invoice from ANI and a time sheet from each provider.
• The family submits the invoice and/or time sheet to your company for reimbursement.

Customized:

• Your company chooses what fees to cover for each employee (Membership, daily fees, and/or provider fees)
• Your company chooses how many days/year to cover for each employee
• Your company can choose which employees get service and offer variable days to employees depending on their title within the company.

Annie’s Nannies Provides:

• Each employee with a membership packet of information tailored to your company, including a registration form to sign.
• After-hours coverage for emergencies. Our emergency cell phone is available Monday-Friday from 7am-9pm and Saturday & Sunday from 9am-6pm.
• Priority status over non-members of the service.
• Each employee’s membership also qualifies them to use our service to search for a permanent nanny at no additional search fee.
• We cannot 100% guarantee a caregiver placement every time. We do get booked on occasion during busy periods such as cold/flu season and holidays. All member families are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Annie’s Nannies Providers:

• Our Nannies have a minimum one year of professional childcare experience and three childcare references. They have been through an extensive screening process that includes a personal interview, reference checking and criminal and driving background checks.
