*Long Term Search Process:
To begin the process you will have a detailed consultation with one of our Placement Counselors. We consult with you in our office or over the phone. Your Placement Counselor will have a conversation with you to discuss your household staffing needs and help you to assess how that translates into job duties for your household professional. We do not have you fill out lengthy applications as we feel that does not adequately convey the type of information we need. Our philosophy and goal is to find you a household professional that not only meets the requirements of the job, but will also be a lifestyle match for your family.
After the consultation your Placement Counselor will begin to screen candidates for your position. Once a candidate(s) has been identified, you will be shown a profile on the candidate. The next step is to schedule an in-person interview. The entire search process is an ongoing conversation between the agency and your family where we are helping to assess the appropriate candidates, fine tune any job requirements, and ultimately find you the perfect household professional. The average length of time to find a household professional is approximately four weeks, therefore we recommend you begin your search about a month prior to your desired start date.
*Long-term is considered to be a position that lasts for one year or more.
