Location: Seattle (Ballard), WA
Status: Full time
Salary: Negotiable; DOE

Job Description:
HOURS/SALARY:
•Full time, 40 hours/week
•Monday thru Friday from 9am-5pm
•Negotiable Salary; DOE

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Help recruit, build and maintain a network of candidates within the community
•Conduct in-person interviews, check references and run background screening
•Assist in the maintenance and updating of our website; regular email/newsletter correspondence with candidates
•Assist Temporary and Permanent Placement Directors in assessing a client family’s staffing needs and matching them with the perfect childcare or household employee solution
•Assist in setting up client files and staffing temporary positions
•Administrative duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Experience in an office environment
•Experience in customer service or recruiting field a plus
•Friendly, creative, professional people-oriented nature
•Strong assessment skills, great listener
•Excellent computer/Internet skills
•Flexibility and willingness to work in fast-paced environment
•Highly organized with excellent follow through
•A good sense of humor and a great attitude
