PEPS’ 25th Anniversary Luncheon was the flagship event held on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Seattle Center Fisher Pavilion.  It was emceed by Jean Enersen of King 5 TV. Keynote speaker was Marc Brown, children’s book author, creator of Arthur and executive producer of a children’s series for PBS celebrating the diversity of America’s children, Postcards from Buster.
